如果先扣上扣環再強行蓋上蓋子，或是在蓋子未正確蓋好的情況下扣上扣環，可能會導致罐子或蓋子損壞。

- 只有 AnaeroPack™ 可用於這些長方形罐子。
- 有時候打開蓋子需要花點力氣，因為產生的二氧化碳會溶解進培養基中，導致罐內壓力變低。這種情況下，請用力拉開蓋子的其中一個角。
- 請勿對長方形罐使用 AnaeroKeep，因為罐內壓力會變低，罐子的形狀可能會略微變形。
- 當有污垢附著在密封圈上時，氣密性會下降。請使用清潔劑清洗，或偶爾用酒精擦拭。
