DESCRIPTION:
25 Blunt Ended Bands at 20 bp to 500 bp in 20 bp increments.
The bands are all blunt ended, avoiding any artifacts caused by band reannealing.
Both polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and a 3% Metaphor gel resolve bands from 20 bp to 500 bp.
All bands on polyacrylamide are very sharp.The lower bands on the Metaphor gel will appear slightly diffuse due tothe poorer resolving capability of Metaphor for very small fragments
