DESCRIPTION:
The 50 bp DNA ladder consists of 17 liner double stranded DNA bands of 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900,1000,1200 and 1500 base pair.
This 50bp DNA ladder is specially prepared for visualizing of the DNA fragments on the gel.
The intensity of 200 bp band ,500bp and 1200bp has been increased to yield reference indicator.
